Discover the work of Farren van Wyk through a Feuilletage of her publication Mixedness is my Mythology.
Born in South Africa and now based in the Netherlands, the photographer explores questions of identity, mixed heritage, and colonial legacy through intimate and powerful black-and-white portraits. Her work revisits the visual codes of anthropological photographs produced during apartheid, transforming them into a space for memory, reclamation, and reflection on belonging.
The talk will be held in English and followed by a book signing.
