The Pre-Selection Committee
	A pre-selection committee will review all the proposals. It will consist of 5 members based in France, they will meet in Paris.During the final deliberations any member of the jury will have access to all the applications received.
	The Jury
	The winner will be designated by an International Jury composed of 7 prominent personalities in photography, literature, art or cinema. Each member has one voice. The jury, chaired by Robert Delpire, will meet in Paris in June 2011 and announce the winner, at the beginning of July. The decision of the Jury is final.
	Prize
	The HCB Award is of 30 000 Euros. It shall not be divided.
	Calendar
	Next edition of the prize : June 2011 • March 1st to April 15th, 2011 : return of applications to the Foundation. • June 2011 : selection of the prize-winner. • July 2011 : Award ceremony at Fondation HCB, Paris. • July 2011 : return of applications to the candidates, once the jury has met and the prize-winner has been selected.
